Steps:
1. Select your choice of products. Please note that price stated on this blog is not including delivery charges.

2. Make sure you fill up correct item code and delivery details. Please provide us a valid email address.

3. Check your inbox for an email from CocoBiz for stocks confirmation. To play safe, include our email in your address book. Our email is: steffiecoco@gmail.com

4. After confirming the stocks, u have 3 days to book and make the payment, otherwise the booking will be cancelled.

5. Bank-in/transfer the amount of money for the price of the products plus postage charges. Please email or email to us your payment proof.

6. The item will be delivered on within 1-2 days after the full payment received. All parcels should arrive within 3 working days Max for post laju & post express.

7. Before delivery, we will make sure the item is in good condition. We will NOT be responsible for any direct or indirect lost, delay or damages incured during shipping. Especially for casses where buyer sends in the wrong address.

Ordering
Priority is given to those who fill in the order form with complete details.

Do note that if we do not hear a reply/confirmation from you within 3 days of receiving your order form or email, your orders are automatically cancelled and we will move on to the next interested buyer.

No cancellation after confirmation of order. Full payment within 3 days after the order date.

Prices are fixed.

Reservations
Reservations must be confirmed within 3 days, if no payment is received within this period, items will be immediately released to the next interested buyer. This applies to customer who request for COD too.

Enquiries are NOT deemed as Confirm order(S).

Products
All products are brand new and in good condition.

Postage

Buyers are to bear Full postage charges unless otherwise stated.

Usually, all parcels should arrive within 3 working days Max for post laju & post express

If you Do Not Receive within this period, please immediately contact the post laju hotline: 1300 300 300 for status of parcels using tracking code provided

Delayed/Lost/Damage parcels
We will Not be held Any responsibility on Lost/Delayed/Damage of parcels during shipment.

If address provided to us is wrong(eg: missing street address/house number) you are responsible, strictly NO REFUNDS. So, PLEASE check your address and other details beforehand.

Payment
All payment is done via online transfer or bank deposit to our Maybank account.

Provide me with the time, date & amount of payment.

Do keep receipt or proof of payment at all times to avoid confusion.
